If you chose to Allow Dynamic Inserts in the Define Key Segments form, you do not need to define valid locations, since you automatically create locations when you assign assets to assignment.

Prerequisite

• Specify the location flexfield structure you want to use. See: Specifying System Controls.

To define location flexfield combinations:

1. Open the Locations window.

2. Enter valid location flexfield combinations.

3. Choose whether to Enable the combination.

4. Save your work.
