The Recent Contracts bin displays a list of contracts, in any status, that you recently viewed in the Contracts Workbench. These contracts are sorted and displayed based on the view date in Descending order. To view additional contracts, click the Full List button. For more information, see the Recent Contracts page.

The Recent Contracts bin provides the following columns for every contract:

• Contract Number

• Contract Name

• Operating Unit

• Document Type

• Last Updated By

• Last Updated Date

The Update icon is active only for Repository contracts. You can click the Update icon to open the Repository contract for update.

To view the details for a contract, click the Contract Number link. The system displays the Contract Details page.
