Use the Contract Clause Analysis report to search for the contracts where a given set of clauses is used. After entering the search criteria for clauses and contracts, the system displays a list of all appearances of the clauses in those contracts.
To run the report, you must enter the criteria for the clauses you are searching for, and the contracts on which these clauses should be searched.
The system searches across clauses and contracts that fit the following conditions:
Clauses can either be standard from the Contract Terms Library, or nonstandard that were defined in individual contracts.
Contracts must belong to one of the external contract types that are supported by the Contracts Workbench. Contract types defined in the Repository are not supported.
Contract terms must have a Contract Source of Structured Terms. Clauses that are in attached documents are not supported.
