From the Risks page you can select multiple risks associated with a contract. Examples of risks are: partner bankruptcy, non-performance of a deliverable, non-compliance with non-disclosure terms, and loss or infringement of intellectual property.

To associate a risk to a contract, click the Add Risk button. The system displays the Add Risk page.

The Risks page displays the following information for the risks that are associated to a contract:

• Name

• Probability

• Impact

• Occurred

• To make any changes to a risk, click the Update icon for that risk. The system displays the Update Risk page. For more information, see the Risks Page.

• To remove a risk, click the Delete Icon.
