You can print a copy of the PD for the employee's Official Personnel Folder or for your records.
Use the Submit Requests window.
In the Name field, choose Print Position Description.
Choose the Position Description Identifier.
In the Print Options region, enter the number of copies you want to print, choose a print style, and specify the printer to which you want to print.
In the Run Options region, choose whether to Resubmit the print job.
Choose Submit.
The Submission History lists the print jobs you have submitted during the current system session.
The printed PD contains the information entered on the PD form.
