VETS-100 Reporting

Each year, federal contractors and subcontractors whose contracts are of a specified value must file a Federal Contractor Veterans Employment Report (VETS-100). Its purpose is to help the U.S. Department of Labor determine whether Vietnam-era veterans, disabled veterans from the Vietnam era, and other war veterans are benefiting from affirmative action in obtaining and advancing in employment.

The VETS-100 reports you submit depend on whether you are a single-establishment or multi-establishment employer.

You submit your VETS-100 reports using any of the following methods:

VETS Suite of Reports

Oracle HRMS recommends that you obtain your VETS -100 reports by submitting the VETS-100 Suite of Reports or the Electronic VETS-100 Report. The application automatically creates single-establishment or multi-establishment reports for you from the hierarchy structure you identify.

For single-establishment employers, the application produces the Veterans Employment Report.

Note: The Headquarters report is produced under the same header as the VETS-100 Veterans Employment Report. It covers employees in the parent company or headquarters organization of your enterprise.

Note: You must either submit the Establishment Employment Listing in hard copy or include an email form with the Consolidated Veterans Employment Report.
