The Request Review page provides a summary of the merge request, including the involved party or parties and any cumulative notes that were made during the request mapping process. The certification levels indicate the quality of records, and the meaning of each level is based on your organization's business needs. See: Assigning Certifications.

The operating unit parameter is displayed when the Customer Merge process is submitted as a concurrent program. If there is more than one operating unit, then the first five operating units are displayed and, if there are more than five operating units, then "..." is appended after the fifth operating unit.
