You can attach text to the outbound Purchase Order and the Purchase Order Change Request transactions at the header, line, and shipment levels.

Attachments can be stored as short text (up to 2 Kilobytes) or long text (up to 2 Gigabytes) of data. Each attachment can be split into segments (or records).

Segment size is set using the POO Attachment Segment Size and/or the POCO Attachment Segment Size profile options. The default for both profile options is 400 bytes.
