The Contracts at Risk bin displays the list of at risk contracts. The bin displays only the Very High and High risk contracts for which you are the contract administrator. The bin only displays Repository contracts that are in the Signed status.

The bin provides the following columns for every contract:

• Contract Number

• Contract Name

• Operating Unit

• Document Type

• Effective Date

• Intent

• Status

The Contracts at Risk bin displays only the contracts that are in the Signed status and their Overall Risk is set to High or Very High.

The steps for creating a contract that would be included in the Contracts at Risk bin are:

1. Navigate to the Contracts Workbench.

2. Click the Create Contract link. The system displays the Create Contract page.

3. Create a contract.

4. Set the Overall Risk for the contract to High or Very High.

5. Approve the contract.

6. Sign the contract.

7. Navigate to the Contracts Workbench.

8. Verify that the Contracts at Risk bin displays the contract that you just created.
