Throughout its life, a contract can be in one of the following statuses:
Draft: The initial status for a new contract or new contract version. For more information see the Creating Contracts section.
Pending Approval: The status of the contract after it is submitted for approval. For more information see the Submitting Contracts for Approval section.
Approved: The status of the contract after it is approved by all approvers. For more information see the Submitting Contracts for Approval section.
Rejected: The status of the contract after it is rejected by at least one approver. For more information see the Submitting Contracts for Approval section.
Pending Signature: This status is available when the Signature Type value is E-Signature and the contract document has been submitted for signing.
Cancelled: The status of the contract after it is cancelled. For more information see the Cancelling Contracts section.
Signed. The status of the contract after the signatures are recorded. For more information see the Signing Contracts section.
Terminated. The status of the contract after the contract is terminated. For more information see the Terminating Contracts section.
