Managing Approvers

You can add approvers for each contract from the Manage Approvers action in the update contract page. For a contract, the approvers list appears based on the Approvals Management Engine (AME) setup. To this list you can add adhoc approvers for the repository contract approval. This page lets the contract administrator define contract level approvers which might be required in specific cases.

Steps

  1. Open the contract to which you want to add adhoc approvers.

  2. Select the Manage Approvers action.

  3. Click Go. The system displays the Manage Approvers page.

    Attention: If approvers are defined in the AME responsibility, you cannot delete them.

  4. In the Add Adhoc Approver section, select an Approver Type, enter an Approver, select a Category, select an Insertion Point. Click Add to add this approver to the list of approvers.

  5. Click Return to Contract.
