You can change the sequence in which the deliverables are printed, either on a contract template or on a business document.
Preparing to Reorder Deliverables on a Contract Template
To change the print sequence of deliverables on a template, you must be in the process of updating the contract template:
First click the Deliverables tab, then click Reorder.
Preparing to Reorder Deliverables on a Business Document
To change the print sequence of deliverables on a business document, you must be in the Contract Terms page for your business document.
Click the Deliverables tab, then click Reorder.
In the Reorder Deliverables page, for each deliverable that you want to re-sequence, click the deliverable, then click the Up or Down arrow.
Deliverables will be printed in the order displayed in this page.
Click Apply.
