You can search for both user-defined and system variables.

For performance reasons, you must search on at least one of the following criteria:

• Name

• Description

• Type

The system does not support blind searches nor searches beginning with the wildcard character %.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Variables page. (N) Contract Terms Library (T) Variables.

2. In the Variables Search fields, enter your search criteria. You must enter your search criteria in one of the following fields: Name, Description, or Type. You can perform searches on variables by:

   • Name

   • Description

   • Type

   • Intent

3. Click Go.

   The system displays the list of variables that match your search criteria.

4. To view the details of a variable, click the Variable Name link.
