The View History page includes the following regions:
Approval Action History: This region displays the details for approvals and rejections that were made by reviewers. The Approval Action History region displays the following information for every version that is submitted for approval:
Action: The possible values for the Action field are: Submitted, Approved, Rejected, and Approval Process Cancelled.
User: This field displays the user name and ID of the person who performed the action.
Date: The date the action was performed.
Comments: Any comments provided by the User.
Forwarded to User: The user to whom the approval is forwarded.
Signatures History: This region displays the details of the user who has signed the contract. The Signatures History includes the following details: Party Role, Party Name, Signed By, Signed Date, and Sequence.
Versions: For the current version of the contract, this region displays the version history details. The version history details include: Version, Version Comments, Status, and Name of the Contract Administrator, Creation and Last Update dates. Click the Version number link to view the details for the previous versions.

Steps:
Open the contract for which you would like to check the history. For more information, see Searching for Contracts.
Select the View Action History action.
Click Go. The system displays the View History page.
Enter the necessary information. For more information, see the Updating Contracts section.
