Use the Terminate Contract page to enter the following information for the contract you want to terminate:

• Termination Date: The termination date can be set to a past, present, or future date. If the termination date is set to current or earlier date, the status of the contract is changed to Terminated immediately. If it is set in the future, the Contract Repository Update Contract Status concurrent program will automatically run, at the termination date, and change the status of the contract to Terminated.

• Termination Comments

The Terminate Contract Page displays the information for the contract that you want to terminate.
