You must specify the following details for your employees, to run the Employment Equity Interface request set. If these details are missing, the process excludes that employee from the report and lists them in the Exception report.
Province
Locations you assign to employees must have a province assigned to them.

Census Metropolitan Area Code
Locations you assign to employees must have this code specified in the Address descriptive flex field of the Location window.

Employee Status Code
For each employee assignment, specify a valid entry in the Assignment Category field of the Assignment window.
North American Industrial Classification System Code
You can specify this code for employees in two places:
At the GRE
All employees assigned to the GRE inherit its code.

Salary
Employees must have a payroll, salary basis, and salary, specified from the Assignment window.

Promotions
To include promotions in the Employment Equity report, you must record the promotions in one of the following places:
