Structuring the Job Hierarchy

Use your Job Family and Job Function value sets to structure your Job Hierarchy.

Use the HR: BIS Job Hierarchy - Job Grouping Level 1 profile option to define your Job Function value set as the first level in the Job hierarchy. Use the HR: BIS Job Hierarchy - Job Grouping Level 2 profile option to define your Job Family value set as the second level.

Use the System Profile Values window.

  1. In the Find System Profile Values window, find the HR: BIS Job Hierarchy - Job Grouping Level 1 Profile Option.

  2. At Site Level, enter the name of your Job Function value set.

  3. In the Find System Profile Values window, find the HR: BIS Job Hierarchy - Job Grouping Level 2 Profile Option

  4. At Site Level, enter the name of your Job Family value set.
