Use the Submit Request window to associate each of your overtime scheme weeks with a payroll calendar to indicate the month in which the overtime week will be paid.

   To run the Generate Overtime Payment Mapping Process:

1. In the name field, select Generate Overtime Payment Mapping report.

2. Enter the Parameters field to open the Parameters window.

3. In the Parameters field, enter the following information:

   • Overtime Scheme (required)

     The payroll with the overtime scheme definition

   • Start Overtime Week (required)

     The 1st week in the overtime scheme to be mapped to a monthly payroll

   • End Overtime Week

     The last week in the overtime scheme to be mapped to a monthly payroll

   • Monthly Payroll (required)

     The monthly payroll to map the overtime weeks to

   • Start Payroll Period (required)

     The 1st payroll period to which weeks are mapped

   • End Payroll Period

     The last payroll period to which weeks will be mapped

   • Pattern (required)

     The pattern of weeks to be mapped to successive payroll periods

   • Override Existing Mapping

     An indication of whether any existing mappings should be overidden. If the overtime scheme has been used, Oracle Payroll will not allow an override

4. Choose the Submit button.

   Warning: This process maps the set of weeks identified by the parameters to the set of payroll months identified. It repeats the pattern specified and is unable to process 53 week years. For a 53 week year, you should map for the first 52 weeks and manually add the 53rd week before mapping the succeeding year.
