Run the UAE Passport Expiry Report to create a list of all the passports due to expire for a selected period.

You run the UAE Passport Expiry Report from the Submit Request window.

   To run the UAE passport expiry report:

1. Select UAE Passport Expiry Report in the Name field.

2. In the Parameters window, enter the date on which you want to view the report. The report will list the passports that expire in the specified time period starting from this date.

3. Enter the organization name and hierarchy for which you want to view the information.

4. Enter the version of the organization hierarchy.

5. Enter the period within which the passport expires and a duration such as months, years, and weeks. For example, if you enter 6 as the expiry period and months as duration, the report lists the passports that expire in six months starting from the report generation date.

6. Click Submit.
