This report is a letter printed twice by the employer that states that the employee agrees that the termination has been concluded correctly. There is a copy for the employee and the employer.
It includes the following information:
Employee Name and Address
Employer Name and Address
Employer SIRET number
Employees Net Pay from their last payslip
The letter contains precise wording and the process produces a flat file for you to use in a Mail Merge with a word processing tool.

Run reports in the Submit Requests window.
Select Full Settlement Process (France) in the name field.
Enter the Parameters field to open the Parameters window.
Select the Start and End Date of the period for the process.
Indicate if the Selection Type will be by Assignment or Assignment Set.
.Choose the Assignment or Assignment Set.
.Enter a character to use as a separator to your field headings in the report.
Click OK.
Choose the Submit button.
