Running the Tax Certificate Number Report

The Tax Certificate Number Report prints a list of the following:

Run the Tax Certificate Number Report from the Submit Request window.

arrow icon   To run the Tax Certificate Number Report:

  1. Select Tax Certificate Number Report in the Name field.

  2. Select the legal entity in the Parameters window.

  3. Select the tax year for which you want to run the report.

  4. Select the Period of Reconciliation.

  5. Choose Employee or Ex-Employee as the employee type.

  6. Choose the sort order.

    You can choose to sort by employee name then tax certificate number, employee number only or tax certificate number only.

  7. Select Yes in the Report Detail field, or select No if you only require totals. For example, the number of manual certificates issued and the number of reissued tax certificates.
