The Upload Third Party Skills function enables you to upload competency definitions and rating scales from a text file or spreadsheet to Oracle HRMS using Oracle HRMS Web Applications Desktop Integrator (Web ADI).

If you intend to upload competency information from a text file, then ensure the text is formatted correctly.

Otherwise, you can enter competency information directly into the spreadsheet that Web ADI creates.
Select Upload Third Party Skills from the Career Management menu, and follow the on-screen instructions to populate the spreadsheet.
Note: Select an appropriate integrator and layout for the competency-information type that you want to upload. For example, select Upload Third Party Rating Scale integrator to upload rating scales.
Upload the spreadsheet contents to Oracle HRMS.

If the upload fails, correct any errors in the spreadsheet and retry the upload. Diagnostic messages appear in the Messages column at the end of each spreadsheet row.
