Note: Questionnaire Functions Menu is a submenu of Questionnaire Administration. To include the Questionnaire Administration function in a custom menu, include HR_QUEST_ADMIN_SS with a prompt and Questionnaire Functions Menu as a submenu without a prompt. Do not include prompts for the functions in the submenu.
Questionnaire Administration uses no configurable workflow processes.

Administrators can create and use:
Instruction message for a questionnaire.
Instruction messages for questions in a questionnaire. The instruction messages can be of different types such as long tip, short tip, and instruction text. The instruction messages for a questionnaire and questions in the questionnaire help the appraisal participants to provide accurate feedback during the appraisal process.
As a prerequisite step, administrator must create the required instruction messages using the Functional Administrator responsibility, Messages feature. This will help in selecting the appropriate instruction message for a questionnaire and instruction messages for questions in a questionnaire.
Steps to create messages:
Log on to the Functional Administrator responsibility.
Click the Core Services tab.
Click the Messages subtab. The Messages page appears.
