To enable the PDF output functionality through XML Publisher, you must perform the following configuration steps against the following reports:

EEO Reports

• EEO Consolidated Report

• EEO Individual Establishment Report

• EEO Establishment Employment Listing

• EEO-1 Exception Report

VETS Reports

• Veterans Employment Report

• Consolidated Veterans Employment Reports

• Establishment Employment Listing

   To enable PDF output for EEO and VETS reports:

1. Open the Concurrent Programs window.

2. Select the report you want to configure in the Program field.

3. Select XML in the Format menu.

4. Save your changes.
