Using Transaction Monitor

HR professionals, managers, and workers can use the Transaction Monitor page to track and view details of the self-service transactions. As the list of all self-service transactions is available on a single-page, users can efficiently track the status of their transactions.

Users can track transactions using the following status values and view their details.

Note: In case, data is deleted from base tables, then the transaction details will not be available.

The Transaction Monitor feature helps users to view details of all pending or completed transactions. They can navigate to the details page of the transaction to view approval history, comments, and attachments.

Oracle SSHR displays only those transactions from the date when your enterprise started using the Transaction Monitor functionality.

Viewing Transactions and their Details

Depending on the search criteria that you specify, you can view transactions and their details. To view details of a transaction, click the icon in the Transaction Details column.

Note: The following rules apply to the Transaction Monitor feature:
