This topic provides details about the Oracle SSHR delivered simplified UI menus for APAC (Asia Pacific) localizations.

Australia Localization

Menus:

Simplified AU Manager Self-Service Container

Name: Simplified AU Manager Self-Service Container

Code: AU_MGR_SS_SIMPLIFIED_CNTR

• For information on the Manager Self Service - Simplified menu, see: Simplified User Interface (UI) Menus for General Self-Service.

• For the Australia localization, you can attach the 'Simplified AU Manager Self-Service Container' menu to the Manager Self- Service responsibility. This menu contains the general self-service menu as well as the Australia specific 'Simplified AU Manager Self-Service Direct Access' menu as a sub menu. You can attach this container menu if you want to have both the general self-service as well as the Australia specific menu.

• In case, you want only the Australia specific menu, you can attach the 'Simplified AU Manager Self-Service Direct Access' sub menu directly to the Manager Self Service responsibility.

  Once you attach the 'Simplified AU Manager Self-Service Direct Access' sub menu, users can navigate to the My Actions and Reports: People in Hierarchy page by clicking My Actions and Reports. From the My Actions and Reports: People in Hierarchy page, they can select an employee in their hierarchy to view the following function tab:

  View Employee Payment Summary

Simplified AU Employee Self-Service Container

• For the Australia localization, you can attach the 'Simplified AU Employee Self-Service Container' menu to the delivered or custom Employee Self-Service responsibility. This menu contains general self-service menu as well as the Australia specific menu 'Simplified AU Employee Self-Service Direct Access' as a sub menu. You can attach this container menu if you want to have the general self-service as well as the Australia specific menu.

• In case, you want only the Australia specific menu, you can attach the 'Simplified AU Employee Self-Service Direct Access' sub menu directly to the Employee Self-Service responsibility.

  Once you attach the 'Simplified AU Employee Self-Service Direct Access' sub menu, users can navigate to the following function tabs by clicking My Actions and Reports:

  • Payslip

  • Payslip Modeling

  • Payment Summary
