Responding to a Negotiation

Suppliers can respond to public negotiations and private negotiations to which they have been invited. To respond to a negotiation you must:

  1. Find a negotiation in which to participate.

  2. If the Accept Terms and Conditions page displays, then select the I have read and accepted the terms and conditions check box. You can view the attachments that the buyer has added in the Attachments region.

  3. Submit your response (bid, or quote).

  4. Monitor the action in the negotiation in which you are participating.
