You can delete contract documents from the business document. This removes the contract document from the business document.

You cannot delete contract documents of category Contract or Approval Abstract from business documents that have already been approved, that is, with a version number greater than 1.

Steps:

1. When processing a particular business document, click the Manage Contract Documents button.

   This displays the Manage Contract Documents page, showing all the contract documents attached to the business document.

2. Click the Delete icon for the contract document that you want to delete.

3. Click Yes to confirm that you want to remove the contract document from the business document.
