You can only delete user-defined variables that are not used in any clause.

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Variables page. (N) Contract Terms Library (T) Variables.

2. Search for the variable you want to delete.

3. Click Go to view the search results.

4. Select the check box for the variable you want to delete.

5. Click the Delete icon. The system displays the Warning page.

6. Click Yes to confirm.
