The following applies when the Contract Source of a business document is Structured Terms. For contract terms in an attached document, use an offline application to perform this action directly on the document.
You can move sections and clauses within a business document.
You must be in the Contract Terms page to begin the process of moving sections and clauses.
Select the clauses and sections that you want to move.
Click Move.
In the Move Terms page, use the Destination Location field to specify the insert location by selecting one of following options:
Before Selection
After Selection
Within Selection
Select the appropriate section or clause as the location where to place the clauses and sections that you selected in the Contract Terms page.
Click Apply.
Note: After you move the sections or clauses, the system does not automatically renumber the sections and clauses. You need to use the Renumber feature to reapply a numbering scheme.
