You can move sections and clauses within a contract template.

Prerequisites:

You must be in the Clauses tab of the details page for your contract template.

Select the clauses and sections that you want to move.

Click Move.

Steps:

1. In the Move Terms page, use the Destination Location field to specify the insert location by selecting one of following options:

   • Before Selection

   • After Selection

   • Within Selection

2. Select the appropriate section or clause as the location where to place the clauses and sections that you selected in the Contract Template details page.

3. Click Apply.

   Note: After you move the sections or clauses, the system does not automatically renumber the sections and clauses. You need to use the Renumber feature to reapply a numbering scheme.
