For Oracle applications that support the feature of attaching deviation reports to workflow notifications, set OKC: Generate deviations report for approval at the application level. This controls whether the deviation report will be attached to the approval workflow notification for that application.
If set to No, the system will not automatically attach the deviation report to the notification. Even if this profile option is set to No, you can override this at the individual report level, by selecting an option to attach the report to the approval notification.
Set OKC: Layout Template for Contract Deviations Report at the application level. This controls the format of the deviation report that will be attached to the approval workflow notification for that application.
