A contract can be related to one or more other contracts. From the Related Contracts section, you can select the contract that the current contract is related to, and the type of the relationship between them. Examples of relationship types are Master and Release, Umbrella and Governed by, and Renews and Renewed by.

When you relate two contracts, the relationship information is captured for both contracts.

To relate the contract to another contract, click the Add Related Contract button. The system displays the Add Related Contract page. For more information, see Add Related Contract page.

The Related Contracts page displays the following information for the related contracts:

• Contract Number: To view the details for the contract, click the Contract Number link.

• Related As

• Relation Level

• Contract Name

• Contract Type

• Party Name

• Operating Unit

• Amount

• Effective Date

• Expiration Date

• Status

• Description

• Buyer

• Contract Administrator

• Show Hierarchy
