The following applies when the Contract Source of a business document is Structured Terms. For contract terms in an attached document, use an offline application to perform this action directly on the document.
From the Contract Terms page, you can view clause details in a business document.
Note: If any amendments were made to the clause, the page displays two extra fields: Amendment Description, and the Print Text check box.
If you want to update the clause details, click Update.
If you are viewing a non-standard clause that was created from a standard clause, you can also click Compare to Standard Clause to compare the current version of the clause with the original, standard clause.
If you want to preview the clause content in the PDF file format, click Preview.
