The VETS-100 Suite of Reports and VETS-100A Suite of Reports contain all the individual VETS-100 and VETS-100A reports that you can submit by hard copy.
The Oracle HR VETS-100 reports are designed to comply with current formatting standards. However, Oracle HRMS recommend that you refer to the VETS-100 web site at http://vets100.cudenver.edu for the latest reporting requirements.
You can produce all the VETS-100 reports for your enterprise by running a single process or by running each report individually, depending on your requirements. Oracle HRMS recommends that you run a single process using either the VETS-100 Suite of Reports or the Electronic VETS-100 Report. This enables you to submit a single Oracle report and the application automatically creates the single-establishment or multi-establishment reports based on the hierarchy structure previously defined.
Warning: If you are submitting electronic VETS-100 reports, do not enter commas in the address fields for the organizations because it corrupts the file conversion performed by the Department of Labor. Amend the addresses of your organizations accordingly.

You produce reports even if no employees meet the criteria you enter. Run report requests from the Submit Request window.
This procedure describes electronic and hard text copy submissions. If your system administrator has changed the output format to PDF you can generate and submit PDF formatted reports.

Select VETS-100 Suite of Reports or VETS-100A Suite of Reports in the Request Name field. Click in the Parameters field if the Parameters window does not automatically open.
Select the name of the establishment hierarchy to use for this report.
Select the correct version number from the list for the chosen hierarchy. If an error occurs, please check that validate or status is set correctly.
Enter the 12 month Period End Date for the period for which the report is being run.
Select the state for which you want to run the report.
Select yes in the Show New Hires field if you want new hires to be indicated on the final reports.
Select yes in the Show Totals field if you want totals to be shown on the final reports.
Determine whether an audit report must be created.
Choose OK, then Submit.
Use the Electronic VETS-100 Report to produce a magnetic file that contains all the individual VETS-100 reports that you can submit electronically.
Based on the value set for the 'Consolidate under 50' parameter, the Electronic VETS-100 or VETS-100A reports generate the Electronic Submission of VETS Multiple State Consolidated (MSC)-Hiring Locations, if reporting consolidated locations.
Select Electronic VETS-100 Report or Electronic VETS-100A in the Request Name field. Click in the Parameters field if the Parameters window does not automatically open.
Enter the 12 Month Period End Date for applicable reporting period.
Select the name of the establishment hierarchy to use for this report.
Select the correct version number from the list for the chosen hierarchy.
If the 'Consolidate under 50' parameter of either the Electronic VETS-100 or VETS-100A report is set to 'Yes', then when the report is submitted, the output of the first report request will contain the corresponding Electronic VETS-100/100A report output and the output of the second request will include the VETS Multiple State Consolidated (MSC) Hiring Locations report output.
Only the details of the locations included in the Multiple State Consolidated establishments will be displayed in the VETS MSC Hiring Locations report output.
Choose OK, then Submit.
The output file is stored in the $APPLCSF/out directory and is in the comma delimited file format.
You do not need to run the VETS reports individually if you have run either the VETS Suite of Reports or the Electronic VETS Reports.
Select either VETS-100 Veterans Employment Report or VETS-100A Veterans Employment Report in the Request Name field. Note: The VETS-100 Veterans Employment Report - all estabs report includes a page for each establishment, regardless of its size.
This report produces the HQ location.

Enter the start and end dates for the period this report covers.
Select the name of the establishment hierarchy to use for this report.
Select the correct version number from the list for the chosen hierarchy.
If an error occurs, please check that validate or status is set correctly.
Select yes in the Display Totals field if you want totals to be shown on the final report.
Select yes in the Display New Hires field if you want new hires to be indicated on the final report.
Choose OK, then Submit.
Select VETS-100 Employment Listing or VETS-100A Employment Listing in the Request Name field. Click in the Parameters field if the Parameters window does not automatically open.in the Request Name field. Click in the Parameters field if the Parameters window does not automatically open.
Select the name of the establishment hierarchy to use for this report.
Select the correct version number from the list for the chosen hierarchy.
If an error occurs, please check that validate or status is set correctly.
Enter the 12 Month Period End Date for applicable reporting period.
Select Yes to create an Audit Report.
Choose OK, then Submit.
