The Employment Equity Report describes annually how many women, aboriginal persons, persons with disabilities, and visible minorities a business employs. Employers can use the Employment Equity Interface to extract the data and format it for the Workplace Equity Information Management System (WEIMS). Oracle HRMS provides the Employment Equity Interface request set to extract the necessary information from HRMS and format it for import into this application.
Note: In order to import these files, you must be running the latest version of the Workplace Equity Information Management System (WEIMS).
