Whether you have added a clause to a contract template or not, you can view the clause details. When you view clause details, you cannot edit the clause. However, you can export clause details from the text area to a document in MS-Word.
However, you can perform various clause-related operations, depending on a number of factors, such as:
The current status of the clause.
Whether you are viewing in the global or the local operating unit.
When viewing clause details in the global operating unit, whether the clause is global or not.
When viewing clause details in the local operating unit, what the adoption type is.
Navigate to the Clauses page. (N) Contract Terms Library (T) Clauses
Search for a clause.
In the Search Result area, click the Title of the clause.
The page that appears displays the details of the clause.
In the Version History area, you may show or hide the text of the clause.
You can perform a variety of other operations, by either clicking one of the buttons, or selecting from the Actions list of values and clicking Go.
The number of buttons and available actions depend on the current status of the clause, whether the clause is global (for global organizations), and the adoption type (for local organizations).
